Soy Sauce Teriyaki Meatballs
Ingredients
1lbs ground beef
1/4 cup 408 Glazed Soy Sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, 408 Glazed Soy Sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, and breadcrumbs.
Form into 1-inch meatballs and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
While baking, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine 408 Glazed Soy Sauce, mirin, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and reduce for 5-7 minutes.
Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle the sauce over the top and serve.
