Soy Sauce Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1lbs ground beef

  • 1/4 cup 408 Glazed Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp mirin

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, 408 Glazed Soy Sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, and breadcrumbs.

  2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.

  3. While baking, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine 408 Glazed Soy Sauce, mirin, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and reduce for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle the sauce over the top and serve.
