Soy Sauce and Sesame Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup 408 Glazed Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 408 Glazed Soy Sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes (if using).

  2. Add the cucumber slices and toss well to coat in the dressing.

  3. Let the salad marinate in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
