Ingredients:

 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

 2 tbsp thick soy sauce

 1 tbsp lemon juice

 1 tbsp olive oil

 1 tsp sesame oil

 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

 

Instructions:

 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

 2. Add the asparagus and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.

 3. Stir in thick soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the asparagus is glazed.

 4. Garnish with lemon zest and serve as a side dish.
