Soy Sauce and Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 tbsp 408 Glazed Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix 408 Soy Sauce, olive oil, garlic, honey, and chili flakes.

  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.

  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.

  6. Serve as a side dish.
